In our latest pod we unpack two massive races from Gdynia, Poland at the 2020 World Athletics Half Marathon Championships. The women's race saw a women's-only world record by Peres Jepchirchir, as well as lots of drama (including a couple of crazy falls that totally altered the race).
The men's race featured a young breakout star from Uganda make a dominant entrance onto the world stage (and his name isn’t Joshua Cheptegei).
We also explain why Canada, the U.S., Japan and other nations were a no-show at this rather controversial event.
